Treatment Fees

We strive to provide low-cost evaluation and treatment options, and you can help us fulfill that goal.Our skilled team of billing and insurance specialists will be happy to assist you in understanding your individual fees.

 

1. Please be prepared to pay any/all co-payments or co-insurance fees at the time of each service/visit.  These fees may include meeting your insurance deductible.

2. Patients who do not have or wish to use insurance must be prepared to pay for all services at the time of service/visit.

3. All IVF fees must be paid on the day of the baseline ultrasound at the start of treatment.
