Telehealth Consultations

          We understand that traveling to our office may present challenges, especially for patients traveling from out of state.  We are happy to offer initial consultation visits via telehealth.  Keep in mind that you will need to have an in-person visit at our office prior to beginning any treatment.  Simply give our office a call to schedule a telehealth appointment.

Off-Site Monitoring

          For patients who are traveling from out-of-state, baseline appointments, some screening tests, and some laboratory evaluations may be able to be performed closer to your home.  We will be happy to discuss what is best for your care and convenience and to work with you to coordinate these options.

Hotel Accommodations

          Our office is conveniently located on a major highway (US 280) in the southeastern part of Birmingham, Alabama.  Many hotels are located at a very short distance from our office.  We have negotiated special, discounted rates with the Hyatt Place (just behind our parking lot) and the Sonesta ES Hotel (an all-suites hotel that’s across the highway).  Simply call the Hyatt Place at (205) 995-9242 or the Sonesta ES Hotel at (205) 991-8686 and ask for the IFS patient rate.  Abundant restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping opportunities, as well as outdoor activities and historical sites are all in very close proximity to our office.
